"The location is great, walk distance to most popular attractions, also the neighborhood is really clean, safe and full of restaurants and shops. The apartment is really well equipped but we specially loved the living room downstairs with all the boardgames, books and toys. It is ideal for families with children."

"The electric bolier. My children had two short showers in the studio, and for the third person the water was already cold. And the towels are very small and thin, not proper shower towels. Also you only get one towel by person, so no towels for hands, hair...in the studio, at least."

"The apartment is big, cozy, clean and located on perfect location. You have everything you need to enjoy your stay. Host is very professional, helpful and reachable. We walked everywhere. It’s close to the nice restaurants, Cathédrale Notre-Dame, Jardin du Luxembourg… kids loved staying at apartment, since is decorated with comic and it has toys. There are recommendations by host about restaurants, bars and tourist guide books+ family guide Paris, I find it very inspiring. On top of all good experience, I felt very safe in the evening."

"Even though the owner has been very kind, the check-in was not in presence, nowadays it is a very common practice but is not in line with expectations of visitors, since there is no direct contacts between owners and visitors, which is very important in the tourist sector. Visitors always need suggestions and owners should be present at the check-in to confirm that everything is ok. In the apartment everything was good except for a very bad smell coming from the bathroom, which are adjacent to the bedroom and negatively impact on the quality-price relation. The hot water for the shower is limited, in particular for the needs of older people."

"The street light shines exactly in front of the door, making it really bright when one wakes up at night and wants to go out of the bedroom while other would still sleep. I would recommend adding a film to the part above the door, to make it maybe opaque."
